For this couples big day I made this sweet cake. Nicknamed by everyone "the oreo cake" this rich homemade chocolate cake was made with buttermilk to keep it moist and still help keep it light. The mixture of the rich chocolate cake and the sweet and slightly tangy butter cream gives you a mouthful of happiness that tastes exactly like a homemade oreo... thus the nickname. I loved the flowers that the bride chose and the brightness of her wedding colors, not everyone can pull off those colors. The beautiful pictures were taken by my friend Kiara (who also did my engagement pictures by the way, she's fabulous) and I loved the way this cake turned out.
